We're based in Australia and we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.99 for all orders within Australia. But wait, it gets even better - if your domestic order exceeds $75, we'll ship it to you for free!

We also ship internationally, so no matter where you are in the world, you can enjoy our gender affirming underwear. International shipping rates vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Just add your desired items to your cart, enter your address at checkout, and our system will calculate the shipping cost for you.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please allow 5-7 business days for processing and handling before your order is shipped out. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package.

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order. Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a refund or send out the replacement product as soon as possible.
