We understand that finding the perfect pair of undies can be a bit of a challenge. That's why we encourage you to take your time, consult the size chart, and really get to know your body.

We want to make sure that every customer receives brand new, untouched products that are Made4You. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened items. So keep those undies in their packaging until you're ready to rock them! We won't judge if you need to do a little dance or strut your stuff to test them out - just remember, once they're on, they're yours to keep.
If you do happen to receive an incorrect or damaged item, don't fret! We're here to help. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your package, and we'll work with you to get it sorted out. And if there's any damage, we may ask for a quick pic (but no nudes, please!).
